1Overview

Brand My Email, Inc. ("Brand My Email," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website and Email Signature Care™ service, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

2Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide. When you request a demo, contact us, or sign up for the Services, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any message you submit.
• Signature content. To build and maintain your email signatures, we collect the contact details, photos, and branding assets your organization provides for that purpose.
• Usage data. Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 5.

3How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and support the Services, including designing and updating your email signatures;
• Respond to demo requests, referrals, and other inquiries;
• Send service-related communications, such as billing notices or support updates;
• Improve our website and Services; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

4How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers who help us operate our website, forms, and support tools, under obligations to protect your information;
• Professional advisors such as legal or accounting firms, where necessary; and
• Authorities where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

5Cookies & similar technologies

Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, which fall into two groups.

Strictly necessary. If you sign in to a gated area, we set a session cookie to keep you signed in. We also store your cookie choice on your own device (in your browser’s local storage) so we can remember it. These do not require consent.

Analytics, only with your consent. On our website, including our sign-in page and signed-in area, we use Microsoft Clarity, an analytics service provided by Microsoft, to understand how those pages are used. Clarity records how visitors interact with a page, for example clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, and uses this to produce session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” on our cookie banner. If you select “Reject analytics”, or do not make a choice, it is not loaded. We mask form areas so that what you type into them is not recorded, and on the sign-in page and in the signed-in area we also mask the page content so that what is shown or typed there is not recorded; Clarity can still see which page you are on. When you accept, Microsoft may set cookies on your device (such as _clck and _clsk) and receives information about your device, browser and interactions with the page. Microsoft’s own information is in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and the Microsoft Clarity terms.

Google Analytics, only with your consent. On our public website pages (not the sign-in page or the signed-in area) we also use Google Analytics 4, an analytics service provided by Google, to measure page views and clicks on key buttons. It is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics”; if you select “Reject analytics”, or do not make a choice, it is not loaded. We do not use Google’s advertising features: advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation are kept switched off, and we do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers or what you type into forms. When you accept, Google may set cookies on your device (such as _ga and _ga_6K6B0TLT3E) and receives information about your device, browser and interactions with the page. Google’s own information is in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Changing your mind. You can accept or withdraw analytics at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. One choice covers both Clarity and Google Analytics. Withdrawing stops both and removes their cookies from your device; your choice is asked again after 12 months.

Usage counts. Separately from these analytics services, we keep simple daily counts of sign-ins and of visits to our signed-in area. These counts contain no names, IP addresses or other personal information.

Embedded forms. Our contact, demo and referral forms are provided from a separate Brand My Email portal (portal.brandmyemail.com), which may set its own cookies so that the form works.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some site functionality.

6Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

7Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8Your choices & rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 11, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

9Children's privacy

Our website and Services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
