Because humans design your entire suite from scratch, matched to your brand, then install and test it for every person on your team. Real work, done once. It's why our signatures don't look like anyone's template.
What exactly do I get for each person?
Each person gets their custom suite: eLetterhead™ for first impressions and eBusinesscard™ for replies and threads, plus Email Signature Care to ensure your signatures are fully maintained and up-to-date.
What if our phone number changes?
That's the locked part, and it's our job. Tell us and we update it everywhere, in every theme, at once.
What if I add or remove people later?
New people get a license at your new total team size rate, and your monthly adjusts. When someone leaves, tell us and we remove them.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime on monthly plans; annual plans run through their term. When your service plan ends, the software stops working on your computers, so your signatures stop with it. You're never locked in, and we'd rather earn your renewal than trap it.
What email system do I need?
Our apps are built natively for the new Microsoft Outlook.
Prefer the Classic Outlook look & feel? We've got you covered! Our signatures work in both!
Do you work with solo professionals?
